Our products are processed in small batches to ensure consistent freshness and taste over time. Our specialty flours like Chickpea, Rice, Lentil, Millet, Sorghum, Teff, Barley, Soya, etc... are milled in a sophisticated Air Purged Classifying Milling System, which has a capacity of over 4000Lbs per hour and maintains a narrow particle size range of the ground product. We use a stainless steel double-cone ribbon blender for blends. We use a fully automatic servo-driven Vertical Form Fill & Seal bagger for consistent seals, equipped with a servo-driven Auger filler for high accuracies, to pack our various flours. Our Beans, Peas, Lentils, Rice and other Cereals, which are a big part of our business are packaged in a fully automatic servo-driven Vertical form fill seal bagger equipped with a volumetric cup filler. All our packaged products are sent thru a metal detector for quality assurance. Our consumer size pouches are packaged using special barrier film laminates, to ensure that the product retains its freshness, flavor and aroma. At Hansco, we are proud of our ability to offer Private label, Institutional and Consumer size packaging on our entire Flour and Bean line. We also offer a Toll milling/ Co-packaging program for our customers who wish to bring in their own products for us to process.
